ABOUT THE PARENTS
Seed Parent (Mother plant): Red Crystallinum x NSE Portillae
- Acquired in 2022 from Teo Le (@plantsaspire) and Elvy Kiung (@elvyplants) as a seedling.
- This plant has very dark foliage with reddish emergent leaves, and possesses a characteristically wide sinus that can easily be attributed to its Portillae lineage.
Pollen Parent (Father plant): Ree Gardens Portillae
- Acquired in 2022 from Michael Beers as a seedling.
- This plant possesses a very wide sinus with bronze emergent leaves.
NOTES ON PLANTS FOR SALE
Batch 1 Plants (Harvested 2023): Now flowering size! Limited stock available. If you would like certain traits in the plant you would like, please send a message to us on Instagram or in your order note, and we will try to accommodate your preferences (e.g. bigger, preferences on emergent leaf color, flatter sinus, traits that favor one of the parent plants, etc.). We can't actively reply to messages for pictures of specimens, but we will do our best! Of course, if you do a local pickup, you will be able to pick your plant out yourself!
Batch 2 Plants (Harvested March 2025): As of April 2025, only germinated seedlings are available. Getting multiple seeds will be discounted.

Shipping & Returns
- Please add a heat pack to your cart if the temperature in your area will be cold, below 50 F.
- While I do my very best to pack plants, please be advised that I cannot be responsible for any issues related to the weather and shipping.
- While I can give care tips that work for me, please make sure to do research on the specific plant you are purchasing to ensure success. When plants are not given the right conditions (watering amount and frequency, lighting, temperature, and soil mixture), the plant will fail and unfortunately no refund or replacement will be issued.
- These are LIVE PLANTS — please have realistic expectations for how the plant will arrive. Please message me for any inquiries or requests for shipping.
- For high value plants, I highly recommend upgraded shipping. During the summer and winter months faster shipping will reduce the likelihood of heat and cold damage.
- If there are any other issues after delivery, please contact me WITHIN 4 hours of delivery with a picture of the plant and an unboxing video.
